By assessing exposure and consequences of failure, Plymouth can target investments that reduce downtime and prevent costly damage. Success looks like a prioritized list of assets, completed vulnerability assessments, planned or completed protective measures at highest-risk sites, and improved continuity of operations during storms, flooding, and other climate-related disruptions.
